1. The service
ClipClub is a marketplace connecting streamers and brands ("Streamers") with short-form content creators ("Clippers"). ClipClub facilitates campaign funding, submission tracking and payouts but is not a party to the relationship between Streamers and Clippers.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. One person may hold one account, which may carry both Clipper and Streamer roles. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Campaigns & funding
Streamers fund campaigns from their ClipClub wallet. Campaign budgets are reserved on activation. Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law or where a campaign is cancelled with unspent budget, which is returned to the wallet.
4. Earnings & payouts
Clipper earnings are calculated per 1,000 verified views, subject to the campaign's per-clip cap and minimum view threshold. Earnings are held for a review period before becoming withdrawable. ClipClub takes a platform fee as displayed at the time of deposit or earning. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply.
5. Prohibited conduct
Buying views, bots, engagement pods, submitting content you do not own, mismatched account ownership, or any attempt to manipulate view counts will result in forfeiture of earnings and termination.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipClub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
